New firmware upgrade for CFIP Marathon II
We have released a new firmware version V2.70.20. for CFIP Marathon II. The new version includes an implemented RADIUS authentication, improved operation of 1+1 protection modes, 750kHz and 1.25MHz channel bandwidths added to Marathon II Narrow version, SNMP improvements; firmware upload/upgrade capability via SNMP added and more. The latest firmware can be found on our website (you must be logged in). Please contact our tech support team if you have any questions and/or need assistance with the upgrade.

Accelerated Media Technologies (AMT) chooses SAF
Accelerated Media Technologies (AMT) has chosen SAF Tehnika’s point-to-point microwave radios as the Studio-To-Transmitter (STL) backhaul solution for its ENGenesis LTE ENG System. "We are excited to work with AMT as a Value Added Reseller and provide the final piece of the point-to-point communications link for their innovative ENGenesis LTE newsgathering solution,” said Janis Bergs, President, SAF North America.
